OUR BACKGROUND
As a foodie on the farm, I began really getting into baking to feed my children with some of our homegrown ingredients. Along my journey I found myself inspired to get creative with my ingredients and was pleasantly surprised with how delicious and fun the flavors turned out...it was an added plus how much it relieved my daily anxieties.
The kitchen has become my place of calm as well as my canvas to create unique baked treats.
I am a simple loving foodie, growing as much of our food from our garden and greenhouse, etc. on the farm.

Our local decades-old sourdough starter is used to cut the fat in our
"less fat" scones, and offers a delicious alternative to full fat scones.
