Versatility is an option we will always keep at the forefront of our production. 

Diets are as diverse and important as ever being the focal point to which we add fuel and nutrition to our bodies. 

When it comes to dietary options, we are focused on maintaining our fabulous flavors while delivering a product that is able to fit your needs for your body specifically.

"Less Fat"

We are able to reduce the fat in our scone recipe in half by using our local sourdough starter. An unnoticeable flavor with comparable moisture content that delivers a less fat, but still delicious scone!

Gluten Free

Ever the busy bee's, we are crafting our gluten free option to match as perfectly to the caliber of the rest of our recipes. We realize the importance of this option for many people suffering with celiac's disease and other complications related to gluten, and are happy to be working towards adding this to our options!
